Lukking: Buttons
The 1905 Hauler Vest draws its inspiration from the late 1800s, a time when the vest was an essential layer in workwear to protect shirts from dirt and wear. The name "Hauler" comes from the English expression to haul, and the vest was originally used by workers in ports, warehouses, and heavy industry.
The vest is constructed from a robust 13oz Wabash Selvedge Denim (100% cotton). The Wabash pattern is world-renowned in the heritage community for its distinctive white dots on deep blue indigo, a design historically favored by railroad workers in the USA.
Fit and Cut
This model stands out with a slim and close-fitting cut. The snug fit was originally a safety measure to prevent the garment from getting caught in machinery or tools during work.
Important regarding length: The 1905 Hauler Vest is cut significantly longer than, for example, the 1937 Roamer Vest. This makes it the ideal choice for those who are tall or have a long torso. With two functional front pockets and a traditional "waist tab" at the back, you can easily adjust the vest for a perfect silhouette.
