A classic raw denim selvedge jeans requires a t-shirt with the right attitude. The Merz b. Schwanen 2M15C from "The Originals" collection is a modern interpretation of historical workwear, with a "Cropped" fit that provides a shorter and more boxy silhouette.
This model is knitted from robust 6.8oz (230g/qm) organic cotton on original vintage machines from the 1960s in Albstadt. The slow production process gives the fabric a unique depth and a texture that only improves with wear. Unlike the seamless 215 model, the 2M15C is constructed with side seams for a more organic shape. Here you get authentic details like triangular panels under the arms for increased freedom of movement and robust baseball seams that stand the test of time.

Important regarding fit: The 2M15C is a "Cropped" version of the Vintage Machine series. It has a slightly shorter and more modern length, but retains the classic width. As this is untreated organic cotton, it will shrink approximately 2.5–3 cm in length after the first wash. We recommend going up one size.
