Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all jeans in Norway and within the EU. We also cover shipping for all other items with a value over 900 NOK. All shipments are sent with tracking. We use Posten in Norway and FedEx for international shipments.

Free Returns

We know how difficult it can be to find the perfect fit and size in jeans. If you do not have the opportunity to visit our store for assistance, don't worry. We offer a 14-day open purchase policy and free returns on all jeans within Norway. For returns from outside of Norway, the customer must cover the cost of return shipping and any applicable import duties. To ensure a smooth process, we can provide a valid return label with tracking and the necessary customs/VAT documentation. Please be aware that Norway is not a member of the European Union; consequently, additional import taxes and customs clearance fees may occur when items are shipped back, and these costs will not be covered by us.

Free Hemming

Most raw denim jeans come in standard long lengths. Let us know your preferred inseam length, and we will hem them for you completely free of charge. Please remember to account for fabric shrinkage. We recommend adding at least 2 cm extra to allow the denim to stack and conform naturally around the knees, and to compensate for shrinkage during the first wash. Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on customized or hemmed jeans.

Free Repair

We specialize in jeans crafted from 100% cotton and other natural fibers. Unlike synthetic materials, natural denim is designed to evolve: your jeans will develop unique fades, show signs of character, and eventually wear out. That is precisely why we offer one free initial repair on all our raw selvedge denim models. Please bring or send them in before the denim suffers a total blowout – and out of consideration for our tailors: remember that the jeans must be freshly washed!
