Citrus Kasuri Selvedge True Guy from Naked & Famous Denim is a 14oz Japanese selvedge denim with a unique kasuri-dyed weft that creates a subtle play of citrus-toned colors.
This fabric is produced using the traditional Japanese dyeing technique kasuri, where the weft yarn (weft) is section-dyed in vibrant shades of lemon yellow and lime green before weaving. The result is a deep indigo surface that conceals a unique interior, where the colors shimmer through the natural irregularities of the texture. Weighing 14oz, this is an ideal year-round denim. The fabric is rope-dyed to ensure a white core in the warp yarn (warp), which facilitates high contrast fades where the citrus colors from within will become more prominent as the indigo color wears away. Details such as a specially designed leather patch and citrus-colored selvedge-ID complete this unique collector's item.
