Blue Dark Used Kaihara Rainbow Selvedge (13.5oz) – Wide Pant – EDWIN is part of the exclusive Made in Japan collection. We have brought it to Raw Denim Norway because it represents the pinnacle of Japanese denim craftsmanship, presented here in a wash that highlights the fabric's natural character.
The fabric is a 13.5oz Kaihara Dark Pure Indigo Rainbow Selvedge denim. The denim is woven in Japan on traditional shuttle looms, which gives it the characteristic Rainbow selvedge edge that is visible when the cuffs are rolled up. The "Blue Dark Used" wash gives the fabric a deep blue expression with natural color variations that simulate real wear over time, while the texture of the Kaihara denim is well preserved.
Since the jeans are pre-washed, they are soft and comfortable from day one, without losing the robust character that distinguishes proper 13.5oz Japanese denim. The dark wash will continue to develop beautifully with further wear and tear.
